This introductory presentation sets out a structured approach to learning land law. Following the approach explained in the lecture will enable you to organise your knowledge as it develops ensuring that issues can be understood in their proper context. As a result the study of land law becomes less confusing, and, most importantly, you will find that application of the law to problem questions is much more effective.
