In response to an FOI request the University of London has provided information about the percentage of scripts in LLB examinations for the calendar year 2020 (May / June and October / November combined) which led to (i) formal accusations and (ii) findings of plagiarism and other examination offences.
For context: The University has not disclosed the number of scripts marked in 2020 but based on disclosures in respect of previous years a reasonable estimate would be around 40,000 with 3,000 – 4,000 scripts in each of the core modules.
